China has become the biggest coffee market in the world with the most coffee shops in a single country. We will go where the coffee is made for this market. The farmers will show you how to plant and roast coffee and you will get more insights, how the market for coffee in and out of China is working. The avocado or papaya influenced coffee there is legendary und will be a real highlight and experience for your senses. 

On our way to the coffee plantation we will stop at a small village where the Lahu people live. We get to know some secrets of their culture and especially a better understanding for their love to their own music.
